Chinese martial arts have three main functions: keeping the body healthy, demonstration as a performance art, and fighting. This is also the case for Baguazhang, especially in the fighting aspect which has unique attack and defence methods that are distinct from any other style.
Yin Style Baguazhang is an the style passed down by Yin Fu in the palace during the Qing Dynasty. Considered as one of the secret skills in the palace, Yin Style Baguazhang is an offensive style with many techniques and variations. This Disc will present the movements in each palm change, followed by the fighting applications for each movement. Each technique will be presented with respect to its specific usage in a combat situation.
Explanations will be accompanied by a demonstration of the technique, done both in real fighting speed and in slow motion.
