The Cai Li Fo Kungfu has 160 years' history since the time of the founder Chen Xiang. Cai Li Fo is considered a major branch of the Lingnan art of Chinese boxing and it also spread to Hongkong, Macao, Europe, America, Australia and Africa. Wu Lun Chui (Five-wheel Hammer) Technique is founded by Chen Xiang the founder of Cai Li Fo Quan, combined the footwork in the north and the south intended for the learners. It is the necessary step for all learners of Cai Li Fo Quan.
