Ankylosing spondylitis a kind of systemic disease characterized by axial spondyloarthritis. Pathological changes occur mostly in sacroiliac joint and backbone. The incidence and disability rate is very high, commonly seen among young boys. This program elaborates on ankylosing spondylitis in five patterns of syndromes, touching upon the pathogen and pathogenesis together with the treatments based ondiagnostic differentiations, as well as combined treatment.
